DETERMINATION OF DEHYDROACETIC ACID IN WINES BY THE THIN-LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY METHOD - article
The possibility of the determination of dehydroacetic acid (DHA) in wines without preliminary isolation of the preservative was investigated. The simple and reliable method of the quantitative determination of DHA by thin-layer chromatography method in wines was developed. The terbium chloride (III) was proposed as an enhanced solution, that provokes lanthanide-sensitized luminescence, at DHA presence on the chromatography plate. Ultra sound (US) was used for intensification of preparation of probe.
