IDENTIFICATION OF THE VOLATILE TOXIC COMPOUNDS IN A CASE OF MUSHROOMS POISONING -

There was developed analysis of semivolatile aldehydes and ketones in broth made of conditionally eatable mushrooms as well as in blood and urine of poisoned persons. Toxins were identified by gas-chromatographic headspace analysis on Quadrex BTR-CW-30-0,25F column in temperature programming mode (75-225 °С). Quantitative determination of detected substances was performed by absolute calibration method on column (2 m x 3 mm ID) filled with Chromosorb 101 (0,25-0,165 mm) in isothermal mode (270 °С). The broth of mushrooms contained acetic, isobutylic, cinnamic, salicylic aldehydes and methylamylketon. Acetic and isoamylic aldehydes were discovered in urine of poisoned by mushrooms persons in detected quantities.
