THE СORRELATION-ADDITIVE SCHEME OF THE CALCULATION OF THE GAS CHROMATOGRAPHIC RETENTION - article

The retention indexes of benzene with alkyl substitution by capillary gas chromatogra­phy C₁-C₅ (21 nitroderivatives) have been obtained on various polar stationary phases. A linear correlation/dependence of searched retention index from inductive and steric constants has been established. This correlation (dependence) allowed to work out a cor­relation scheme of nitroalkylbenzene retention indexes calculation, which (scheme) will have effective forecasting properties.
