POPLC^®: THE NEW AND EFFECTIVE INSTRUMENT FOR THE OPTIMIZATION OF CHROMATOGRAPHY SEPARATION - article

The Computer POPLC® software (Phase OPtimized Liquid Chromatography) allows to select a correlation of different immobile phases for the optimum separation of substances mixture in high performance liquid chromatography. The new type of a column, in which every phase is as a separate segment, is used for this purpose. The segmented column, adjusted through POPLC® Optimizer software, can successfully separate those matters which do not succeed to be separated by one stationary phase, for example, in the case of determination of a mixture of the triazine herbicides in superficial waters.
