THE NEW METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES OF THE SANITARY-CHEMICAL OF RESEARCH FOR BIOPOLIMER PACKING FOR COOKED MEATS article

The new model of the sanitary-chemical of researches of  biopolimeric packing for cooked meats items in an outcome of conducted tests is developed. It was revealed, that optimum time for standing the model with water is 72 hour by 20 оC. It is recommend of the opinion a new hygienic standard of formaldehyde with water – 0,8 mg/dm3.
