CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF COPOLYMER HYDROGELS BASED ON ACRYLIC MONOMERS - article

The HPLC method of determination of acrylamide, acrylonitrile, N-isopropylacrylamide in copolymer hydrogels, which synthesized on the basis of these monomers, has been developed. This technique has been used for the optimization of cleaning processes of new medical biocompatible hydrogels from residual trace amounts of unreacted monomers. It has been shown that the method of UV spectroscopy can be used for evaluating of the monomeric products quantity in polymeric materials.
