THE BASIC VALIDATION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE METHOD «OCHRAPREP® QUANTITATIVE DETECTION OF OCHRATOKSIN A BY USING HPLC» - article

The estimation of such validation characteristics as «recovery» and «coefficient of variation» according to the Decision 2002/657/EC has been carried out for the ochratoxin A, which content has been defined by the method of high performance liquid chromatography with using for the sample preparation the immunoaffinity columns OCHRAPREP®. It has been shown, that recovery and coefficient of variation correspond to the Decision 2002/657/EC, thus it is possible to draw a conclusion that this method is suitable for use.
