The analysis of the experimental data, directed for development of the sorbents and the sorption technologies of localization of raw oils at their "dynamic instability" is carried out. In addition, the results of the extraction methods use for the analysis both degree of biodestruction and monitoring of coastal areas, and also benthic layers, polluted by raw oils are expounded.
