HYGIENIC ESTIMATION OF THE CANCEROGENIC DANGER OF THE ENTERING OF N-NITROSAMINES INTO THE HUMAN ORGANISM - article

The quantitative assessment of the danger of the exogenous and endogenous synthesis of nitrosamines is carried out. The basic mechanisms of their exogenous and endogenous synthesis from the predecessors are established. They are based on the study under the model conditions of quantitative dependence between the levels of cancerogenic nitrosamines and nitrosating component – NO₂ in the air and the experimental determination of dose-time dependences of the appearance of carcinogens in the internal organs of animals.
