MONOLITHIC COLUMNS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN CHROMATOGRAPHY - article

The methods of preparation of the monolithic stationary phases, used in HPLC, are presented in the review. The description of porosity and chromatographic properties of both monoliths of silicon and organic polymers are given. In the tail-piece of the article the examples of the use of monolithic chromatographic columns  are resulted for  the analysis of difficult mixtures of organic compounds.
