DETERMINATION OF NORFLOXACIN IN BOTS BUTCHER AND FISH FOOD BY THE THIN-LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY METHOD  acticle

The thin layer chromatography method for the determination of residual quantities of antibiotic norfloxacin was used. Terbium (III) chloride at the presence of anionic surfactant – sodium tetradecyl sulfate was used as a sensitization solution. The developed technique of the luminescent determination of norfloxacin allows to determine 0,001 µg.
