CHROMATOGRAPHIC MASS-SPECTROMETRIC DETERMINATION OF THE WINE SEDIMENT COMPONENTS article

The study of chromatographic mass-spectrometric determination of the components of wine materials absorbed with zeolite filter has been performed. The 62 individual compounds are identified. These compounds mainly represent alcohols (monatomic, diatomic, triatomic and tetratomic), acids (saturated, unsaturated and aromatic), ethers, amines, monosaccharides and amino acids.
