THE PROSPECTS OF USE OF THE HIGH EFFECTIVE  LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY IN THE SCREENING ANALYSIS - article

The prospects of use of  the HPLC in the screening analysis is observed. It is suggested to move from the development principle of analytic methods «each material deserves its analisis method» to the principle of the creation of the unificating metods, implemented with the help of HPLC-analyzers. The prototype of such analyzer, developed on the basis of gradient chromatograph «MilliChrom® А-02» with spectrophotometric detector and column with transformational phase, is described. The metod validation of chromatographic system and gradient method for analysis of different classes  of organic combinations  is  given.
