It  has been investigated approach to the prognosis of the parameters of the retention of some classes of organic substances under HPLC conditions on the basis of the use of linear depentanizer of natural logarithm of the constant of the retention of the matter and energy of the interaction with water and partial molar volume at constant temperature.
